Department for Transport Framework Win

imageData Group has been included in the four-year framework to bid for work worth up to £250m per year from government departments and a wide range of other public sector organisations.

The Lots we are eligible for include digital, large and small litho, binders, wallets and outdoor posters.

On 4th May a contract award notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) which gave details covering the whole range of print products including books, magazines, direct mail B1 and B2 production, digital printing and finishing and print management.

The Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement aims to streamline government print procurement and is lead by the Department for Transport (DfT). However, the Framework will be being managed by OGC Buying Solutions.

A spokesman for the Buying Solutions said that the framework eradicated the need for departments to duplicate OJEU tendering processes and reduced the resources suppliers would need to dedicate to bidding work.
